Nishira Fitzgerald is an artist, animator and photographer who's work is dedicated to addressing social issues through creative mediums.

A native of Washington, DC she currently lives in Los Angeles, California. After graduating from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, she attended the Rhode Island School of Design where she developed her skills in film, animation and fine art. She has worked on a number of animated films including "Beowulf" and "The Polar Express." She was an assistant Art Director and a Technical Director on the iconic film "South Park Bigger Longer and Uncut." Her work has been displayed at the Corcoran Museum and The Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC

She is known for her creative style, bold use of color and portrayal of people from all walks of life.
